Also popularly known as the Villa la Leopolda, this villa on the French Riviera is situated in 18 acres of land. The villa is very private and has a green house, a helipad, an outhouse kitchen and a guest house. This property is owned by Lily Safra who inherited the villa after her husband’s death. The proper valuation is around $750 million.

The home is named after the adjoining body of water and faces the Atlantic Ocean. The property is built on the ground that measures 63 acres and the building covers 110,000 feet. The property has 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms and 91-foot long formal dining room, a basketball court, a bowling alley, two tennis courts and two squash courts. The property is valued at $248 million.
