The home is named after the adjoining body of water and faces the Atlantic Ocean. The property is built on the ground that measures 63 acres and the building covers 110,000 feet. The property has 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms and 91-foot long formal dining room, a basketball court, a bowling alley, two tennis courts and two squash courts. The property is valued at $248 million. The mansion is owned by American industrialist Ira Rennert who also owns the Renco Group.
